It is a heavy duty non corrosive concentrated cost effective surfactant solution used for surface cleaning applications. This cleaning compound is soluble in fresh and salt water , also suitable with high presure cleanig machines. Ideal for difficult cleaning problems faced in industrial and other plants,  Very effective degreaser which removes dirt, oil and grease from the equipment, parts, components, engines, floors and walls etc.

For removing industrial oil, grease and wax.

Heavy Duty Cleaner Detergent is a highly concentrated, water-based alkaline cleaning and degreasing compound formulated for the removal of heavy grease, oil, dirt, soot, carbonaceous deposits and general industrial contamination from washable hard surfaces.

The product combines alkaline builders, detergents, surfactants, wetting agents, soil-suspending agents and sequestrants to provide rapid penetration and removal of difficult soils. Its high detergency assists in breaking the bond between oily contamination and the substrate, allowing loosened material to be suspended in the cleaning solution and subsequently removed by rinsing.

Heavy Duty Cleaner Detergent is particularly suitable for marine, offshore, workshop, industrial, engineering and general maintenance cleaning, where ordinary detergents are insufficient.

The product is supplied as a concentrated liquid and may be diluted with fresh water according to the degree and type of contamination.

Heavy Duty Cleaner Detergent is a concentrated, water-based heavy-duty alkaline cleaner specially formulated for the removal of industrial oils, heavy grease, waxes, oily deposits and hydrocarbon-based contamination from machinery, equipment and hard surfaces.

The product combines powerful alkaline builders, surfactants, wetting agents, emulsifiers and dispersing agents to penetrate and loosen difficult oily and waxy deposits.

It is particularly effective where contamination consists of thick lubricating grease, petroleum oils, wax residues and aged oily deposits that cannot be effectively removed using ordinary detergents.

The product penetrates beneath oily contamination, loosens its adhesion to the substrate and emulsifies the released oil and grease into the cleaning solution for subsequent removal by rinsing.

For wax and heavy grease removal, the use of warm or hot water is strongly recommended. Increasing the cleaning temperature softens wax and reduces the viscosity of heavy oils and grease, significantly improving penetration and cleaning efficiency.

Dosage

How to easily clean Heavy Oil Grease, Wax Deposits using RXSOL Heavy Duty Cleaner HDC?

Contamination	Recommended Product Concentration
Light oily film	2-5%
Industrial oil	5-10%
Heavy oil contamination	10-20%
Heavy grease	10-25%
Wax / oily wax deposits	10-25%
Heavy aged oil, grease or wax	20-50%
Severe localized contamination	Use concentrate after compatibility test

For most industrial degreasing applications, a 5-20% solution is recommended as the starting range.

Notes

For Heavy Grease Removal

For thick industrial grease:

Recommended concentration: 10-25%

1. Remove excessive free grease mechanically where practical.
2. Apply the prepared cleaning solution liberally.
3. Allow 10-20 minutes contact time.
4. Prevent the cleaning solution from drying on the surface.
5. Scrub or agitate the grease deposits.
6. Rinse thoroughly, preferably using warm high-pressure water.
7. Repeat if necessary for exceptionally heavy deposits.

WAX REMOVAL

For wax, paraffin and wax/oil contamination, temperature is particularly important.

Recommended concentration:

10-25%

Recommended solution temperature:

50-70°C, where the equipment and substrate permit.

Apply the heated cleaning solution directly to the wax-contaminated surface.

Allow approximately 10-20 minutes contact time.

The heat helps soften the wax while the detergent penetrates and disperses the wax/oil contamination.

Agitate with a brush or mechanical cleaning system where practical.

Rinse thoroughly with hot or warm water.

For very thick wax deposits, bulk material should first be removed mechanically before chemical cleaning.

Do not allow melted or softened wax to cool and resolidify before removal or rinsing.

For Pressure Washing use 2-10% dilution rate...

Heavy Duty Industrial Cleaner for Oil, Grease & Wax Removal – DUBI CHEM | RXSOL

Industrial Heavy Duty Liquid Detergent Cleaner

DUBI CHEM – RXSOL Heavy Duty Industrial Cleaner is a powerful liquid detergent cleaner formulated for the removal of industrial oil, grease, wax, lubricants, oily dirt and stubborn workshop contamination from equipment and compatible hard surfaces.

Designed for demanding industrial maintenance operations, the cleaner combines degreasing, wetting, penetration and emulsification to loosen heavy contamination and allow it to be removed efficiently during washing and rinsing.

It is particularly suitable for factories, engineering workshops, marine facilities, oil & gas operations, warehouses, machinery maintenance and other industrial environments where ordinary household or light-duty detergents are insufficient.

Heavy Duty Cleaner for Industrial Oil & Grease

Industrial machinery and working areas can accumulate difficult deposits consisting of lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, grease, wax, dirt, soot and process residues.

RXSOL Heavy Duty Industrial Cleaner penetrates these deposits and helps detach them from the underlying surface. Its detergent action then helps disperse oily contamination into the cleaning solution, allowing easier removal.

Typical contaminants include:

• Industrial oil
• Lubricating grease
• Hydraulic oil residues
• Machinery oil
• Wax and waxy deposits
• Oily dirt and grime
• Workshop contamination
• Carbonaceous/oily deposits
• Process residues
• General industrial soil

Applications

RXSOL Heavy Duty Cleaner can be used, subject to material compatibility, for cleaning:

Industrial Machinery – removal of accumulated oil, grease and dirt from machinery exteriors and components.

Workshop Floors – cleaning oily and greasy contamination from suitable concrete and industrial flooring.

Production Equipment – routine and shutdown cleaning of compatible manufacturing equipment.

Marine Equipment – degreasing of machinery spaces, workshop areas, decks and suitable shipboard equipment.

Oil & Gas Equipment – maintenance cleaning of appropriate tools, equipment and contaminated hard surfaces.

Automotive & Heavy Equipment – cleaning of oil and grease from compatible vehicle, construction and heavy-machinery components.

Storage & Handling Areas – removal of oily contamination from industrial floors and working areas.

Effective Wax Removal

Waxy deposits can be more difficult to remove than ordinary oils because they can form a persistent hydrophobic layer on the surface.

RXSOL Heavy Duty Industrial Cleaner can assist in softening, loosening and dispersing suitable waxy/oily deposits. Cleaning performance can often be improved with appropriate dilution, mechanical agitation and warm water where equipment and surface limitations permit.

For particularly heavy wax deposits, testing should be conducted to establish the optimum concentration, temperature and contact time.

Key Features & Benefits

• Heavy-duty industrial detergent cleaner
• Powerful oil and grease removal
• Effective against oily and waxy contamination
• Strong wetting and penetration
• Helps emulsify hydrocarbon contamination
• Suitable for machinery and equipment cleaning
• Suitable for industrial floor cleaning
